As the days pass by we are getting used to the daily routine. Too much beers and fried food during the first days brought us directly to the near by park for an evening jog and work out. Hopefully we can keep the good rhythm, have time to do everything and keep up with the tight schedule at school. One thing that grabbed my attention is the fact that the Chinese don't really have a running culture, they just walk in the parks. But as you can imagine, the park is crowded and the temperatures are around 38 Celsius during the day time, so our workout time slot is between 20h and 21h30.

We are starting to feel very local. Since most of the time we are walking, we are getting to know very well our neighborhood, the Dongcheng area. On Thursday we were even capable of giving the directions for the Red Theater to a German couple. The Red Theater is one of the most famous theaters in Beijing and now they are showcasing the Legend of Kung Fu. We are planning to attend the theater next week, will keep you posted with some interesting stories.
